And hope you make it in the United States big, because in typical American arrogance, if you haven’t made it in the States, you haven’t accomplished much. So what do you do? If you’re The Kooks, you develop a “Bad Habit.”
Doing bad shit in your life seems to be a trend. What The Kooks has done with their “Bad Habit” is to construct a music video that taps into another habit many people have – cam girls. I may or may not have any firsthand knowledge or experience with cam girls, but the notion of it all combined in a well-shot music video that actually tells a story is a smart way of making a good, catchy song into a great song with ‘you gotta check it out’ music video.
